recapin on seamrock

As some of you may already have read Seamrock is a Lesotho based beat making clique, this hip hop fraternity composes sounds that range from soul to they grimy underground hip hop type.
For the past four years Seamrock music has produced quite a long catalogue for artist locally and abroad, it has also released its own project during this period. 2006 saw the release of seamrocks first beat tape, an experimental project entitled Evolution volume one. From this release they were able to amass enough positive feedback to embark on sophomore projects. Next in line was Boomslang’s Beat back volume one (August 2008) a heavily soulful solo project that featured Cymtom on one of the tracks. It was only a few months later when Cymtom also dropped his own beat tape; the critically acclaimed signs and symptoms volume one (December 2008) that featured Motalio of rap ill collabo. I n the year that followed Seamrock music dropped three more projects of higher calibre. The classical Evolution volume two (March 2009) was a product of consolidated efforts of the Seamrock team; this project was defined by alluring sounds that conformed to the orthodox boom bap sound of yesteryears. It featured san the instrumonumentalist of Oints and PC the Southboy (Chicago) rapping on K10s beats. Months later Seamrock music collaborated with Riot music to release a beat tape meant strictly for the streets ; Phil the Kritik vs. Cymtom (July 2009),
this left hip hop heads arguing and puzzled in trying to pick the best contender of the challenge. The latest offering from Seamrock music was a product of a tag team with the Seamrock unit; Boomslang and K10 collectively known as the Brian Michael show dropped A dream October (2009), a strictly soul beat tape that had guest features by seamrocks own Aurakle and Motalio. The latest installment is Boomslang's follow up to his first solo Beatback volume 2 ; Braver soul (Feb 2010).
